I realized I loved school so much that I wanted to be a teacher when I was in second grade. I received my degree from Missouri State University. I've been teaching math at the high school level for eleven years. I love the subject and having the opportunity to engage with students.Throughout my teaching career, I've had the privilege of working with students at many different levels of subject mastery. I enjoy working with a wide variety of students because it allows me to learn new teaching strategies, as I encounter new learning styles. I know I will continue to learn for as long as I am able to teach, however, I believe I have a solid foundation of techniques to assist any style learner.I am able to work with students in a variety of areas, including algebra 1 & 2, geometry, elementary math, middle school math, college algebra, pre-algebra, trigonometry, and math.
